Infant Parent Psychotherapy Practice

Mental health services for parents and children birth to five

Susan K. Schultz, PhD, LP

I offer infant and parent mental health services as part of my child, adolescent, parent and family psychotherapy practice in Edina, Minnesota.

Infant parent psychotherapy is a way to address parent concerns with the baby or young child present.  This allows focused attention to the baby’s individuality and careful consideration of the parent’s experience.

I also work extensively with preschool and school age children, adolescents and their parents to address a broad range of concerns.  My work with older adolescents, college students and young adults often addresses developmental and adjustment issues associated with the transition to young adulthood.
